Default SW MP15 or Colt M4 Carbine?

My dealer is holding two rifles for me: a SW MP 15 and a Colt M4 Carbine. I originally put the SW on hold, and then the dealer called me to tell me someone else is interested in it. But, he told me the Colt just came in.

Which one would you get? The dealer is holding both of them so I can look at them and make a decision. Help!

    Thanks.

Someone I know told me that Colt's customer support is bad. I wanted to go with the Colt, but this factor put a wrinkle in my decision. How is SW's customer support?

What is the price on the two of them? If there is a significant difference I'd say go with the S&W only because it gives you money for optics and other fun stuff for it. What model is the S&W and Colt?

If the cost is not an issue, and you like the way the Colt is set up, go for it...

I'm waiting for either my Gander Mountain to get in some S&W's or find a AR out there somewhere that meets my requirements...

If you decide to sell it later on, the Colt name will help you out.

I heard S&W support was Great... But that was only one persons experience with S&W and the MP15...

I guess you can't go wrong either way...

Not sure of the models on either one. The Colt has the removable flat top receiver, muzzle break and collapsable stock, A3 sights. SW has the A2 sights and collapsable stock. The SW costs $1,195 and the Colt is $1,795. Big price difference.

You wouldn't go wrong with either one.

If money isn't an issue, then go with the Colt.
Especially if it is a 6920. At that price it sounds like it.

The 6920's are the most desirable and sought after Colt AR's on the market right now, because of the Restricted LE markings on them.
The price on them is just sky rocketing..
I think the resale value is in Colt's favor.

S&W makes a fine instrument though, and it should also suit you needs..

You can always get the cheaper one and use the money you did not spend on the rifle itself to accessorize it to your liking...

    Women like to accessorize right...?

It depends whether all the colors match.
