Glenfield(Marlin) Model 65(Model 60) "Golden 50" .22lr
Up for trade is a used Glenfield Model 65...which is just a Model 60 with a brass loading tube. Marked Glenfield and marked "Golden 50". Bluing is worn on several parts like receiver and front sight. Bore is good, just dirty. Barrel bluing is ok, worn and slight patina. Action may need a new ejector since it fails to eject rounds sometimes. I'm not too savvy on these rifles so I don't know why it would do that, I'm sure it could be gotten to run smooth though.
This is an 18 shot .22LR. Don't know what else to say. Would make a good truck/plinking gun once you figured out the ejection problem or it could just be the ammo I used.
I'm looking for a trade for it...bolt-action .22s..any .22 pistol or rifle...Ruger 10/22 parts(VQ extractor, VQ recoil guide and spring) 10/22 magazines...military surplus rifles/pistols...ammo of all types. Pretty open to anything, just offer something. PM me any questions. I'm in NE PA and would prefer FTF.
