Quick question
Ok, I was driving past some state gamelands the other day and I saw some kids and a few adults, it looked like the adults were teachin the kids to shoot some rifles. Is that legal? They weren't at a shooting range or anything, I could be wrong but it looked like they were just shooting at trees/ into the woods. I was looking for a place to let my girlfriend learn to shoot, but alot of the ranges where I'm at( south central adams county) don't allow shotguns, which is what she wants to learn most. Is it legal to just go onto a gameland and shoot at targets like that? I went and read the sign up on the bulletin board thing and it didn't say you couldn't, but that doesn't always mean you can lol.

Re: Quick question
If the adults and children in question were shooting at trees in the woods, then this activity is illegal.

Re: Quick question
Yeah big no no. You can not even just go and shoot clays in an open field on the gamelands.

Re: Quick question
I think you would be better off. Finding someone with some land. An seeing if you can shoot off some on there privite property. I learned to shoot, On my familys privite property.
