Brian, I got your invite, I would love to come but I have plans in MD this coming weekend. When I was in Chicago a few years ago I took a bus tour called the "Untouchables" and I saw the building where the St. Valentine's Day Massacre occured. It was a very neat tour. I also got to see the location of Al Capone's hotel. But I would like to get together with you sometime if you could help me out with using this new Thompson I recently purchased.

no problem.
i'm not a big typer, but nothing that is "wrong" with yours can not be fixed. when we get hooked up you will see that. most problems are mag related and very easily fixed.

we shoot almost regularly, most, if not all the times there are notices in here. some times it's a half decent turnout, others it's just a few of us.
with the nice weather soon to a regulat thing i supect it will even more frequent.
watch the forum and let us know....my thompson is at just about every shoot....and just about everybody has shot it.

just got 300(all they had at the place) 230gr fmj .45acp bullets
expecting 500, 250gr ,45lc bullets and 250, 405gr 45-70 bullets.

can't wait for my 45auto dies to show up. already have 45 lc and 45-70 covered. just need to figure out which powder i want.

a very heavy box was awaitng me at home.
so i believe there will be some colt 45 black powder loads.
might even make some empty 45-70 cases this weekend as well.
