Bad Phone Experiences With America Sport Shooting

You won't hear any complaints from me; yeah, on the phone, tell him what you need, and he'll tell you if he's got it; no bullshit, all business.

He'll go out of his way to take care of you in the store, as long as you're not an ass-clown. As busy as he was on Saturday, we politely waited our turn, and I got my goodies; he then spent quite a few minutes with my wife letting her get a feel for various sizes of handguns; and it turns out that she wants a pretty decent sized frame and grip...Now, I gotta work on her muzzle discipline. (she held the end of the barrel against her palm..."But Rich just cleared it!", she said... I growled "rule number one" at her, Rich just smiled knowingly.
He knows that I'll be back for hers when she's ready.

And SHE likes the place...too!

its the only place i'll shop and i have been to others and they suck period... Army & Navy in whitehall theres a wast of money so this guy instead of making a drive to A.S.S. he wanted Rich to do his shopping for him, and when he didnt get what he wanted, and instead of getting treated the way he thought he should have been like the only guy in the world he went and got treated like a turd by Army & Navy. not to mention he got ripped off. wow for the life of me i dont know hy these people even bother. he could have easily gone to EAgle arms and spent less if he didnt like Rich's attitude, Rick and his brother would have been more then happy to rap him as much as Army & Navy.

I've bought an sr9c, nibx Glock, and quite a few accessories and ammo from Rich. I have had no bad experiences there and will continue to buy everything I need if available from there.

You realize the last post on this thread is 3 1/2 years old and Rich doesn't even have the Brodheadsville store, He's in Palmer now.
