(unarmed) Self-Defense course/instructors in PGH?

My advice on a martial arts style is to go with a jujitsu or MMA style. I've trained in both Judo and Jujitsu for a while now and jujitsu will teach you more on the self defense side of things.

JJ if a fine art, but it's useless against multiple attackers. I would recommend sending her south to do some training with Nick Hughes.

He does training in just about everything. MarcS should be able to give you some input, as he is a frequent student if Nick's.
