Gun Shops in Lancaster
Where are they? Apparently I'm just clueless, but where the hell does a man buy a gun in this town?

Re: Gun Shops in Lancaster
There are a couple that I know of immediately.
There is one north of the city on 272, about 20 minutes out. It will be on the left, but I forget the name.
Then there is Malins Rod and Gun, South on 272/222 just above 372 in Buck, about 10 minutes south of Willow street. He was one of God’s own prototypes—a high-powered mutant of some kind who was never even considered for mass production. He was too weird to live and too rare to die....

Hmm. Thanks. I'm surprised there aren't more.

There are, but I am not well versed in the area.
There is one in Columbia, west of the city.
There are a couple more in York, not too far a stretch of the legs...He was one of God’s own prototypes—a high-powered mutant of some kind who was never even considered for mass production. He was too weird to live and too rare to die....

Ok you have trop and Kinsey's in e-town. You have trout run in Ephrata on rt 272. Wolf's north of manhiem off of 72, backwoods outfitters in columbia. I'm sure there's more but their the ones I can think off of the top of my head.

Re: Gun Shops in Lancaster
The best shop, in my opinion is Backwoods Outfitters, located on Ironville Pike, west of Prospect Road, and east of Columbia. Knowledgeable, friendly staff and the best prices around. Their website will be ready in a few weeks. www.backwoods-pa.com.

I might take a ride to Backwoods this weekend. If I take 30w, make right on Prospect....then what? It's been a while since I've been up there.

Re: Gun Shops in Lancaster
Easiest way to get there is take 30 west. Make the right on prospect. Go north on prospect till you come to the stop sign, thats Ironville pike. Make a left on Ironville pike. He will be on the left, I'm thinking its close to 3 miles but I'm not exactly sure of the distance. Just pay attention for him on the left.
