    The Obama administration will not prosecute CIA officers who participated in harsh interrogations that critics say crossed the line into torture, CIA Director-nominee Leon Panetta said Friday.

    Asked by The Associated Press if that was official policy, Panetta said, "That is the case."
    I need a copy of the new constitution. I thought that any decision to prosecute (or not) was a function of the Executive Branch via AG at the Department of Justice...

    Like what? He is clearly qualified... I mean he is from C.A and that is almost the exact same as CIA so I don't see what issues you could be referring to?
    The first vehicles normally on the scene of a crime are ambulances and police cruisers. If you are armed you have a chance to decide who gets transported in which vehicle, if you are not armed then that decision is made for you.

    Be prepared, because someone else already is and no one knows their intent except them.
