Sounds like a good addition to any Super Bowl Party menu if you ask me.
Think a stick of Extra Sharp Cheddar buried in the middle might REALLY "kick it up?"

......... really though I used to go to a restaurant (no longer open) that had a great appetizer, bacon wrapped around a shrimp with some kind of horseradish sauce in the middle of the whole delicious thing .... yum yum yum.
