Harrisburg 1/26
Anybody know what was happening on Front Street near the Harvey Taylor Bridge and somewhere around 2nd Street? There was some odd looking police and EMS activity around noon yesterday.

umm no...some mentally ill person was walking on the RIVER!!! and laying down in the middle. They had to get a state police helicopter and flew over him and convinced him to get in
