The only other option I can think of is to dump it. But Im sure that already crossed your mind.

What do you mean when you say it jams when you "Cycle a round". Does this mean its jamming when you are not shooting it? ie not returning fully to battery after you rack the slide ? Does it jam when you shoot it?

Have you tried many different ammo already? Has anyone else shot it besides you? Is it cleaned, oiled, and assembled properly? I am going to be in SPAG Thursday. I can guinea pig some shooting/ammo for you if you'd like.

is on Ellsworth, between 8th & 9th in South Philly. Definitely let someone else shoot the gun to make sure that it's not you. If all else fails, call Springfield. I am sure they'll repair it for free regardless of your buying it used.

Springfield guarentees thier guns for life, so I would def give them a call as long as all your paper work and serial numbers are legit.

Try using only 230gr. ball ammo.

Did you ever resolve this issue and, if so, what was the problem and solution?
