buying a pistol.
I would like to purchase a hand gun I did a psp check and came back no record does this mean I should answer no for the question about ever being arrested ?

Does it really ask that? Ive bought so many guns all I know is that on both forms the first question is "yes" and all the rest are "no".

You posted this in 2 different places, you really should do it only in one. The Q & A area is the better place.
As I asked there, we need more info about what is going on to give a good answer. Have you been arrested? What for? Convicted?
The PSP Form (Application/Record of Sale) does not ask if you have been arrested. It asks if you have ever been CONVICTED or CHARGED with certain crimes. You need to read the form more closely.
