I would have to say the protest of ILLeagle immigrints sounds like a great idea. It just makes it easy to put them on buses and send them back. Just make sure INS is aware of the a group of illeagle aliens in one place. Heck I would chip in for a bus to help INS.

Here it is, because most of you have no idea what they are asking for, you just hear illegal and its RAR RAR, GO TEAM!!

A couple of these points are actually quite good, while the rest is the typical big government agenda.

I am personally quite tired of the "illegal immigrant" thing. Some screaming to make them go away and others screaming that they have to stay. My point of view is quite simple. If you entered, or have stayed in, this country without the appropriate documentation you have shown a complete disregard for our laws. This being the case you have committed a crime against this nation and it's citizens. Every criminal deserves their day in court, but not the 5, 6, or 7 that some of these individuals have been caught in violation of our laws. Bottom line, no matter how long they've been here if they are caught they need to go back to their homelands and start from scratch. That means if you are from England, France, Sweden, Germany, Spain, Taiwan, Mexico, Brazil, whatever. If you aren't willing to follow our laws, go the hell home.

Anyone catch Geraldo and O'Reilly go at each other the other day. Some illegal killed 2 people or something and the two of them were screaming at each other on the show. I don't watch the show, but it was replayed on every other tv show.

I would slightly disagree with the above statement. It seems to me that people who have peacefully lived in this country for a long time (e.g., at least 12 years, or maybe even 20) should have a high presumption of innocence even if they lack documentation, making the government's job of proving their illegal status basically impossible. On that note, it might make sense to bar prosecution of individuals who can prove they have peacefully lived here for said length of time. Just like statutes of limitations and adverse possession in common law.

As for recent or violent illegal aliens: boot them back to their home country. And increase border security so that more don't illegally come through.
