His rate is $30, if you are doing receivers it is $30 for the first and then $10 for the rest. Joe provides great service and uses the computer so it is quick, just did a transfer today with him and I drive past a couple places on my way to his house as it is hassle free and a good place to do business. Driving across town to save a couple bucks on something I paid hundreds of dollars for is not a good use of my time.

I've been using Joe at the Thin Blue Line after Dick Hughey, Joe raise his rate from $25 to $30. It's not $35. Just pick up a shotty from him last week, it's $30.
