    Default appleseed shoot 4/19

It's a 20 mile drive from Duncansville, Hollidaysburg, and Altoona.

I'm a little confused about the prices though... any idea what 0-$70 means?

For most males, the fee is $40/day or $70 for the two day shoot. Children, women, and active duty military are free to attend. Most events have an enrollment limit so that each shooter receives adequate personal instruction. Walk-ons are welcome as long as there is room on the line.

Yeah, I skimmed over that earlier, but it didn't really seem to give an explanation as to what goes on at an actual event. From what I gathered it's basically to teach basic marksmanship on the first day predominately with a .22, then the second day, you apply those skills at a longer range if you desire.

^ BINGO! ^ I've shot the Appleseed course of fire with a .22 using the AQT targets (it's far from easy). The AQT target size on the web is deceiving. Download and print them out to see actual size.
