Ka-Bar Pistol Bayonet.
got interested after seeing the CZ w/ bayonet in the Babes with guns thread...
Picattiny rail mountable, teflon coated, carbon steel blade... LMAO.
I think this little bastard is next on my list... Uber Tacti-coolness... it just makes me smile. I can't even imagine the the absolute apoplexy Sarah Brady would be stricken with after I mount this to my 5.7! Or the AR pistol...lol!
I think I'm gonna order this.

Re: Ka-Bar Pistol Bayonet.
Nifty idea, but I still like the looks of the CZ set up more. If the knife could be removed from the picattiny rail section, so you could have a better grip on it, just as a knife, I might have better feelings towards it. It seems kinda short too, for being a bayonet.
Good alternative to buying a CZ pistol with the bayonet, but then wheres the fun in that? lol.
I know the CZ bayonet can't be handled more like a knife, but it has some more length like a bayonet should. JMO.

And at a price that doesn't break the bank!
Although the bayo will probably break if actually used.
The one on th CZ is AWESOME. I've shot GRoPA's and it's very well made/designed.I called to check my ZIP CODE!....DY-NO-MITE!!!

Re: Ka-Bar Pistol Bayonet.
They'll make money on it, of course it is worth it.
I hope someone does a torture test. Probably won't last that long, bet the mounting lips would snap off first, or just wiggle off...or the blade snaps in 2.
Either way I'm sure you'll be seeing a few guys(who are taking it seriously) at the range with them.
I rather buy a mag and a box of ammo for $40.00+SH. I wouldn't refuse one though.

Re: Ka-Bar Pistol Bayonet.
.......
Blades snap, it happens. No idea what is hard to understand about that. Sure, the plastic piece will break more often...but the blade can break too, or with it. Not gonna happen frequently...but that is why I put it third in my little "..." list.
Clearly not made well, obviously some type of defect in it. If that was mounted on the pistol the result would be the same, due to the defect or just general lack of quality.Last edited by Whiterook; January 23rd, 2009 at 01:32 AM.
