    Default where can i find info on homemade gun?

    I know I've read that you can buy a receiver flat (like an AK) and bend it up yourself and make a gun. I have also heard that you don't need to get it registered or serialized if you only make one per year.

    Can someone provide a link so I can read about the rules for this?
