Pocono Pistol Club
Visited P P C on Saturday. The facility is beautiful, the staff was friendly and helpful. They have a large selection of rental guns. From what they tell me they are planning more classes. Its a little bit of a ride for me but i would shoot there again without hesitation.

Re: Pocono Pistol Club
but how were the prices? i heard that their prices are ridiculous.
Guns don't kill people, it's mostly the bullets.

Re: Pocono Pistol Club
I was there last month and the price is $18 per hour for a lane. If you have an additional person on the same lane, it is an extra $9 per hour. The firearm rental fees have come down considerably though. I think it was $25 or under for anything they rent.

Re: Pocono Pistol Club
I used to drive down to Allentown to go to The Firing Line, and while the range fees were cheaper (though after gas, probably close to a wash), the Pocono Pistol Club is a much better/nicer experience.

Re: Pocono Pistol Club
I too think that this range is a first class facility!!
The main reason I refuse to patronize this establishment is the facility's ownership.
The same guy that owns/operates Dunlkleberger's also owns/operates this range.
As he feels compelled to comply with an agreement that forces him to videotape all firearm sales transactions at Dunkleberger's and then supplies these recordings to the Bloomberg Administration in NYC, I choose not to patronize either establishment.
I do not feel that I need to give my hard earned money to any business that feels it necessary to violate my right to privacy and my right to a presumption of innocence.
Just MHO...
Stay well.
