The method of operation is to private message you and tell you that you should contact such 'n such person at a given email address.

Please report the private messages. Staff will ban the offender, and I will implement an IP ban. Unfortunately these scammers are using VPN/proxy services, which may mean your VPN/proxy may be blocked.
Attention! About VPN's and foreign IP addresses.

When signing up, do so from a US based Internet Service Provider. Turn off any VPN/safe-browsing feature. Failure to do so will result with your new account denied.

If you run into a IP ban afterwards as a member, again - turn off your VPN or switch servers. We do not ban legit Internet Service Providers from the USA(exception for certain individual IP addresses). Free VPN's tend to get banned too. We try not to ban legit subscription VPN services, but they rarely label their IP blocks correctly.

If you run into an IP ban, it likely wasn't you.

One gun a month in PA

Amending Title 18 (Crimes and Offenses) of the Pennsylvania Consolidated Statutes, providing for a limit on handgun purchases and sales; establishing the Violence Prevention Fund; and further providing for municipal regulation of firearms and ammunition.

Anyone think this will die before it even gets to the floor? I'm not too terribly concerned about it.

Edit: I didn't see the year on it, I assume it's dead already.
