I can't understand why would we spend tax dollars to keep something like this alive and on medication. He obviously has no use, atleast this happened in a state that has little tolerance for dumb shit.

Obviously the guy is mental but that's the kind of mental that a doctor can't fix, i say give him the needle anyways.

Wow, same thought at the same time. I guess I should have waited another minute and wouldn't have had to post, lol.

So, the man fixed himself a snack. I don't see the big deal. Save the money of executing him, and just let him eat himself a little bit at a time.

No problem. I think they execute retards in Texas. Its not considered a defense I suppose.

The funny thing is, there are probably women out there writing him love letters that he won't be able to read now.

Actually, we have been criticized before for executing people that others thought weren't mentally competent that the courts said were, lol. Then the other "retards" that try to committ crimes are sometimes taken care of by the home owners. Either way, this guy probably doesn't quite need the needle (by law), even if he deserves it. Damn I hate what they spend some of our money on sometimes.

He's mental. For me if a killer is really a mental case then we make his death as quick and easy as we can. No suffering.

Now again if he can't prove and I mean really prove that he is mental then let's see how long we can drag out the death. Lot's of pain over a long time.
