Posting images

How does one go about posting images ?? I TRIED to get into the image hosting part like it said, but I cannot find the PHOTO/ALBUM section to upload pics....

You can either use photobucket (or some other image hosting site) to add pictures like this

Photobucket is free, you just need to sign up for a account

or the manage attachemnts feature like this(scroll down a bit from the posting message box)
