It's not against the law, but I'm sure the hospital has a "no weapons" policy. Keep it concealed and you'll be fine.

Re: CCW at Jefferson Hospital? Any hospital?
I've had a concealed firearm in my briefcase at a certain area hospital while I was doing some work there. They had metal detectors at the entrace, but employees and contracted employees aren't required I guess. I walked in, the two guards looked at me, then my case, I nodded, they nodded, and I walked around it

I accompany my wife there fairly frequently and CC without issues. I do not OC there - just outside the hospital.

In my opinion where ever there's security I don't feel the need to carry, but that's just me.
