Default My internet provider will not let me enter certain ATF pages?

Ok this does not make any sense to me. I was reading about the curios and relics license and decided to apply a couple of weeks ago. I found a page that you could download the forms from, so I printed them, filled them out and mailed them in. Today the envelope came back refused with the po box crossed off. Yes I mailed the paperwork to my cleo also. Ok no big deal, it was unopened so I'll go about this another way.

So I found a this LiNK: http://www.atf.treas.gov/forms/pdfs/print2.htm It is supposed to get me to the forms so I can download them straight from the ATF's website. When i click on the link or try to go to the site this is what I get: ERROR
    Access Denied

Does this mean my service provider will not let me access the web site? I have blue ridge communication and I use AOL. I tried mozila firefox and I tried dial up same issue. Does anyone know what is going on here? I did call them but of course nobody will answer the phone do to the time.
    thanks,
    Steve

i get the same error and I know my connection isn't controlled. So its not your ISP, its the ATF's server. That link is also the old website, now being used internally by the ATF.

Here is the newer external site and forms page.

Apparently, atf.treas.gov is the "private" site, while atf.gov is the public portion. Try this link:

If you continue to have problems try bringing in up in internet explorer or some other brouser. Ive had issue with firefox not jiving with a few websites (very few).

    Otherwise firefox is the stuff.

Using the Internet Web Archive with that first URL, brings up the page at the link below for Aug 19, 2003 and if you click on "Click here for form" at the bottom of that page, a form does come up, looks like it's dated 1997 at the very bottom. I don't know if there is a newer form than that available, but there you have it, FWIW.
