Gun Stores in Lehighton/Jim Thorpe?
Looks like I'm working there (actually my start day is today). Wouldn't mind finding a gun store nearby to spend some time and tell my tales of crack shots with a .22 at 3 miles and my time as a US AF Para-Seal-Ranger (top secret, but you can get it out of me if you hold still long enough).

Re: Gun Stores in Lehighton/Jim Thorpe?
There's Four Seasons downtown Jim Thorpe. Also Buck's in Lehighton. Both are ok. More reloading stuff at Bucks. Not a great selection at either. Then you got Ed's in Tamaqua. Nice shop, great selection, Class 3 but the guy pissed me off once when he wouldn't help me do a transfer. Said that's taking from the local guy, which I understand but it was used gun that I bought arfcom. Not like it was new, plus he sells his stuff online. GMAFB
Meyers out past Palmerton for reloading stuff too. Lot of stuff, old timer, good prices plus he'll talk the talk with ya. I like Precision Armament in Slatington - Class 3, gunsmith, retired comp shooter, nice guy and good prices and On Target in Frackville. He's has a good collection of Class 3, AR, AK etc at great prices. Buys guns too.
Just call for hours, some are nights.

I like Precision in slatington the best around here. Charlie is a good guy and has a nice shop there. I do all my transfers through him.
