Default Benelli Nova vs Super nova

Hey everyone. I am curious as to your take on the pros and cons of each. As far as I can tell the only real difference is the anti-recoil system in the super, some cosmetics...and about $100. Is that system worth the $100 or is there another real difference that I am mising?

Also, I am seeing them go for around $350 - $450 respectively. Anyone see anything better?

Bigger trigger guard on the super nova, too.

I think the regular Nova is a one piece stock and receiver, while the super is 2 pieces. that would allow you to change the stock type to the pistol grip stock, if you wanted to.

The recoil system is worth the cost alone, IMO.

They are both excellent shotguns. I have two 12 gauge Novas, one in Mossy Oak and one in Shadow Grass (waterfowl). They take a beating and never malfunction. Wish I could have said the same for my Mossberg 835.
