This is a polymer MagWell manufactured by Buffer Technologies.

The Glock MagWell will install on the following models: 17, 17L, 22, 24, 31, 34, 35, and 37. Using a simple hex head wrench tightening a locking device holds the MagWell in position allowing for faster reloads. Another benefit to using the MagWell is the ability to get the proper grip each and every time the weapon is drawn from the holster.
