I have a friend who is looking into an over under produced by TriStar. Anyone have any personal experience with TriStar's products?

About 2 years ago I had a colt defender plus 45,"biggest piece of crap I ever owned",took it to the march hbg gunshow and traded it on a tristar silver hunter II. What i really love about it had the stock bent to fit a left hander like myself. Plus i can hit clays and birds a hell of a lot better than my 870 left hand.

Re: TriStar - O/U shotgun quality?
Thanks for the info. My friend bought the TriStar O/U this past friday. He went with the Field Hunter model.
I must say I was impressed that it came with one of each choke (F, IM, M, IC, Sk) with additional extended chokes in full and mod.
It felt a little light at the range, but was easy to point. Also a little tight, but that will change with time.

I forgot to to say I ordered a few new chokes from Carlsons in Kansas and what a huge difference they made.
