Anyone else receive a Delaware County gun-safety brochure?
Just curious if anyone else received 1 from our friend, Joe McGinn..hehe
We probably know more about gun safety and common gun laws in PA then he does, sadly to say.
I wonder if he can hit the paper at 10 yds with his service pistol...
Noted errors and points to make:- Permit holders allowed to OC, except in Philly (already addressed)
- As issuing authority, anything less than 100% accuracy is unacceptable
- Typos (please note if you find one)
- "Permit" and "LTCF" not interchangeable
- Donated guns must go through FFL
- Incorrect reciprocity info
- Privacy issue with mailings

When did you receive it? I got one last year (and posted a scan I believe) that was full of misinformation, I'll see if I can round it up.

These photos are in no particular order.
I'll put up the .pdf inside a zip (9.75mb when zipped...how the hell do you make it smaller in primopdf?)
and the individual photos..

Re: Anyone else receive a Delaware County gun-safety brochure?
If you look at yours, Andrew, it's the "2nd" edition, the one I reference in the thread I posted in last year must have been the first edition, neither are correct, this years version is wrong about the reciprocity as far as I can see and in the Q & A they're wrong about open carry, after a quick glance.
They never learn.

"Pennsylvania does allow its permit holders to carry open except in Philadelphia"
They have this a little backwards wouldn't you say?

I wonder what the gun law class by the AG would be like. It would certainly allow for a long q&a session during the class.
