Question What is the MOST reliable AR Pistol Buffer Kit?

Hello there and greetings from CA,

I stumbled across your wonderful forum and I was wondering since there are not very many AR Pistol owners in my state maybe you guys would have a more informed opinion...

I was looking at an ACE buffer tube kit...

I heard since they use a CAR weight and spring they cycle with more reliability than a "shorty" AR pistol buffer kit... your thoughts?

Also who else makes the MOST reliable AR Pistol buffer kits?

    THANK YOU,
    -ENTHUSIAST

OK kids, here's a stupid question...

Are all AR lowers the same? In other words are AR lowers for a rifle the same as AR lowers for a pistol?

    Thanks!

Yes, the mouth breathers at the ATF have not yet required that they be engraved so long as it has never been manufactured, transferred or registered as a rifle you should be GTG slapping a pistol upper on it as long as you don't put a stock on it.
