Default Trespassing laws are real and enforced

Well it happened yesterday. No I was not charged, but I did have someone else charged with it.

Trespass by vehicle, that's the charge for parking on my property after I told them to leave and after I told them last year to stay off my property.

So just to let everyone know. Staying 10/15 minutes after being told to leave a property (personal property or mall) can get you charged for trespassing even if you're not still there when the police show up.

More details? What were they doing there? And why did they think it was OK to park on your property?

was there evidence? i.e., a pic or video? cause if not, I want to file trespassing charges against Bill Gates and settle out of court for a billion bucks...
The last thing I want to do is hurt you... but believe me, it's on the damned list.

Yes I have a picture of it and no I don't think you can charge Bill for doing it without one.

    More details?

Ok, here goes. I won't get into the gorey details, but the basics are, he was asked to leave and he didn't. Where he parked, was where we park our cars. Why he parked there, was so that a plow could plow his part of a shared right-of-way. Why I told him to leave, was because his C wife and his little Bast*** children have vandalized our property on more then one occasion and have been told that if I ever catch them on our property I would have them charged. When he didn't leave after me telling him twice and snubbing me both times is when I called the police to have him charged.

Maybe a tad gorey, but not completely.

Let's see...Keying an Eldorado across the trunk and drivers rear quarter panel causing over $1000 of damage (confessed and charged). Twice crossing wires on an electric fence to try to short out the solar unit. Tying a condom to our back porch door. Trowing large rocks into our garden to try to damage the vegetation. Some of these things might seem minor, but over a period of time it really ticks you off. Oh and the cursing and flipping the bird that they seem to enjoy while walking past our house isn't helping matters either.

Jeez, whereabouts do you live? I'd love to have neighbors like that.

Suddenly the guy in the other half of the twin I live in and his African drum group don't seem too bad!

THAT sounds cool! (Though if it were late late at night I'd protest!)
I'd go over there with a six-pack and drink while listening.

But then again.....I say that while not having to live the scenario.

The drumming has gone on into the wee hours, but my neighbor is a nice guy. It doesn't happen too often, so it's no biggie. He's much better than the last guy, who was trying to become a massage therapist and would show up with his table and offer massages. He pumped gas at a full service station during the day. Not my ideal massage therapist.
