Default Range near Wernesville State Hospital

Years ago I remember a range being located near the wernersville state hospital, is anyone a member? I am a mohnton member and while I like its rifle range, you can only shoot at 25 yards on the pistol range. I was looking for another place to join that will let me shoot shorter pistol distances.

    Any suggestions?

I think the range you're talking about is Lebanon Valley Sportsmen Association.

Contact the club's secretary Margaret (Marti) Belcastro, (her email address is listed on the website) or just go to the website above, download and print an application, fill it out, and mail it in.

    I think it's 7, 15, 25, 50 and 100 yards. Someone please correct me if I am wrong.

You have to go through an orientation before you are allowed to shoot at the range.

They dont have 100yd, but you're right on the rest. And orientation is simple, they give you the clubs handbook of rules, Margaret reads some of them too you (to satisfy their insurance) they you go up to the 7yd line and fire 5 rounds while following range commands (insurance again, they read the rules, then observe you following them).
Please help my Baby Kitties and I avoid being homeless.

There is a 100 yard range at MASA, and the orientation requires 10 rounds from the 7 yard line, new members firing in groups.

Very friendly place, and you would never know how close to everything it is - seems like the woods.
