That's about on par with what I pay with my range discount. Can anyone comment on whether WWB is cleaner than Speer Lawman? The Lawman's really make cleaning after a range trip a pain!

Re: Ammo at Walmart?
I was looking at WalMart.com and getting an eyeful of the guns. Does EVERY Wally world sell guns? Heck I must never go down the right isles!

Re: Ammo at Walmart?
Paid 28.99 for 100 40 S&W WWB, I think 15.99 for 50 .380 Remington. Cheapest I've found for pistol rounds with the exception of reloads.
I'm not sure what WWB 7.62x39 goes for otherwise, but I know they charge $16.99 for 20 (I believe) around here! Glad I buy Wolf in slight bulk
All at Wal Mart, by the way.
At Dick's, ammo is much more. $39.99 for the same WWB of .40, and $20 for .380 WWBLast edited by T34418L31; December 15th, 2008 at 08:04 PM.

Re: Ammo at Walmart?
Why would you just tell them what you want? Point to the exact box and if they don't grab it then tell them right away! I always point to the exact box I want. If they grab even another box of the same ammo, I tell them "no, I want that one", etc.
The guy in Kennett I buy from opens the cabinet and lets me grab the one I want.
Some Wal-Mart stores do not sell guns, but still sell ammo. Some don't sell either. Depends on the area the store is located. All the stores in PA I've been to sell handgun ammo.
