He did refund my money, although it will be tied up for a few more days, so there is really nothing to get back. I just think it's BS that the seller listed an item for sale, I paid him and THEN he decides not to sell.

I'm really sorry to hear this happened, he's been pretty good about contact with me. I hope that he had car problems, or something came up. I'm really keeping my fingers crossed that this isn't what happens with the book that I bought from him. We'll see.

I've purchased from Vic before without issue. Not sure what happened, still waiting for word on what occurred.
