What's your favorite pistol powder? I'm just curious what most people are using these days.

We use Unique and Blue Dot.

I've switched from Bullseye to Titegroup for my target and practice ammo.

Blue Dot if I'm wanting to load some hotter .357 Magnums, or if I wanted to load .38 Special +Ps for some reason.

Titegroup is the only powder I've tried so far.

BlueDot only, still working on my last 3 cans of the 2 cases I bought back around 1990.

However just recently the manufacturer of BlueDot released a bulletin to not use it in 357 and 41 magnums.

I use Winchester 231 in all of my pistol loads. Been using it for over 20 years now, and it's always served me well.

First thing I ever reloaded was skeet loads with green dot.
That crap was so dirty that it would start to jam up my Mossberg 500 after 200 rds.
Now I am biased against anything alliant (Hercules back then).
Love anything hodgdon now with a second for IMR.
Using Universal for .40 (mostly cause I have it in 8lb for the 28 ga.) H110 of course for the .454 Casull.

We've used a bunch over the years, but we mainly use Unique and Blue Dot now.

Bullseye and Herco was another big 1 we used to use.

I also noticed that the title of the thread says power instead of powder...LOL
