    Default .223 powder/bullet combinations

I'm about ready to go pick up my supplies for reloading .223 and I've decided I want to use Sierra Matchking 60gr HP bullets and 50gr Hornady V-Max bullets. What powders would compliment those bullets well?

I'm thinking Varget for the 69gr HP's and either BLC(2) or H335 for the lighter bullet.

    Thanks
    Dave

Well I use 26.5 gr of BLC(2) with 55gr FMJ bullets. That gives me great groups out of my DMPS AR-15.

I am very happy with BL-C(2) and I use it with .30-30 and .300 Savage.

Thanks for the reply. BLC(2) is spherical, right? So it flows real nice?

    It flows like water.

Varget gives me a bit more accuracy, though.
