Default Anyone carry a full size Glock IWB?

If so, what holster, how comfortable is it, and how hard is it to keep concealed without a jacket? Any gun is concealable this time of year, but I'm concerned about summertime carry. I love the way the G21 feels in my big ham hands, but I want to make sure it'll work as a concealed carry piece.

Depends on your build. My friend who weighs in at about 220 carries a G17 or 5" 1911 daily. Holster is Galco Royal Guard or Desantis Scorpion.

I carry a G19 in a Scorpion and have NO problem concealing it.

I have no problem carrying a 5" 1911 in this holster:

I would want to use the same holster for the G21. My concern is the additional thickness of the Glock. Guess it wouldn't make that much of a difference.

I've carried a 1911, Glock 17, Ruger P90, S&W 659, and probaly a few other full size autos and K frame revolvers IWB at one time or another. There is no problem doing so unless you insist on skin tight shirts.

Hubby carries a G23 IWB and I'd guess it's Galco, but it came with the gun so I am not sure the maker. I'd have to look.
He wears a zip up vest when he carries, for the most part I don't think he prints.
Hubby is on the shorter side for a guy and I wouldn't label him slim.

I carry a g22 Daily in the summer time I usually use a crosbreed supertuck

Extremely comfortable.....other than the muzzle pinching me sometimes when I sit.

I once wore it to a family picnic wearing my Glock T-shirt, one size too small, tucked in...
we played games like hillbilly horseshoes and stuff for over an hour, as I went to leave I told my mom I was gonna go shooting.....she asked where my gun was......I said....Uhhh....right here.....LOL

I've carried a G17. I use a CompTac Mtac IWB leather/Kydex hybrid. But the length of the handle limited my choices for shirts. Some of my shirts, especially the cotton golf shirts, I continually readjust because the handle would snag and print. The shirts with more nylon would slide better, especially when reaching to the top/bottom shelf in a store, for example.

I finally got a G26 (subcompact) and love it. I can wear virtually anything in my closet without fear of printing. I'm confident the mid-size (compact) glocks would be almost as easy to conceal.

Ultimately, it comes down to your physique and wardrobe, and a bit of trial-and-error. Good luck.
    Kind Regards,

I "can" carry a G17 IWB with this:

    http://www.fist-inc.com/holsters/holster/20.htm

...but for me the slight difference in size between G19 and G17 is night and day when it comes to IWB comfort. I can IWB a G19 and barely know it's there, where IWB-ing a G17 is intrusive and not as comfortable.

Basically I carry G17 OWB in the cold half of the year and G19 IWB in the hotter half.

I started carrying my Glock 20 IWB in a Mitch Rosen CLP this summer. I had no problem keeping it concealed under a T-shirt.

The CLP is far superior to the Ted Blocker ST-17 that I was using. It locks the gun in tight without a retention strap, is easy to put on and take off and the metal belt clip prevents the holster from sliding around. Plus my Glock 29 fits the CLP as well.

    Fall/Winter/Spring - G17. I used to carry a 21
    Summer - G26, sometimes G19

Comfortable? I get by. A good holster is crucial.

    Comforting? Very much, thank you.
