Default PGH news -- Steelers being forced to REGISTER firearms?!

    http://www.ar15.com/forums/topic.html?b=1&f=5&t=798059

Unconfirmed at this point, and might just be the product of a journalist who also talks about semiautomatic revolvers.

Reading the first page of that thread dramatically increased my intellectual self-image.

Interesting story... though perhaps this indicates an acceptance of players' carrying guns? Obviously, if they have guns at home, there would be no way that security would find out. So it would indicate that they only care about carried guns... and the fact that they wish to register them, and not outright ban them, may be a good thing.

    Or not.

    Technically as an FYI:

I found this fascinating the first time I discovered this. Check the machining on the cylinder for advancing it.

Yeah, the one and only. Technically, I knew about it, and technically, 99% of the scribblers out there don't.
