Best place for used handguns?

Bill Powell in Penn Hills has a good selection. I bought a nice S&W 28 from him for $275 a couple years ago.
Bravermans in Wilkinsburg.
Keep your eyes peeled at Gander Mountain. I've scored a LNIB S&W 60-14 for $275 a LNIB Ruger SP101 for $250 and a Hi-Cap Makarov for $180. I know for a fact that they screw up pricing used guns there often. I looked at a used XD9SC for $299, when I went back to put cash on it an hour later it was $369The clerk told it had been priced wrong.
Also look at Anthony Arms. Most of the clerks are jerks, except for Bill and Leo, but from time to time a deal shows up. I picked up a few there too.

Do yourself a big favor and stop by Triangle Sporting Goods just outside of Ellwood City, Pa on Route 488 on the way to Portersville and see Don.

He has a very nice selection to choose from and the service, pricing and hospitality can’t be beat.

i'll do that Shawn thanks. I stopped at Dukes in new castle a day or two a go to see what they had. I asked about used 1911s and they didn't have any, or g19s either new or used. They did have a nice looking Springfield 1911 either mil or g.i. spec, the guy helping me wasn't sure but after doing some research I think it was the g.i.
