Default SFN discussed on Quinn and Rose this AM

They are discussing it now on 104.7 talk radio Pittsburgh.

Well it appears as though they only did a short blurb about it. They were all in favor of the lawsuit..

Well that's refreshing... I don't usually listen to 104.7 'cause they tend to be more left-wing/liberal/anti

Are you sure you're not referring to NPR.

104.7 is mostly conservative talk radio. It's mostly what I listen to, and I have Glenn Beck to thank for that. I was just flipping stations about a year to a year and a half ago and heard "Every gun law in this country is unconstitutional" I've been listening ever since. Every host on that station was anti-obama this year (except savage but he was anti everyone) and that makes them OK in my book.

I'd have to say I like them in this order

    Glenn Beck
    Quinn/Rose
    Hannity

Im not really a Rush fan at all.

And Michael Savage will sometimes have something interesting to say, but most of the time Id rather avoid the guy.

The few times I've flipped to 104.7 That's what I've heard...

I listen to NPR most of the time... They are at least halfway balanced.

Odd...what exactly have you heard that makes you think they're left wing/liberal. I'm just curious because I've heard nothing of the sort in the past year. Every time I tuned into NPR it was like obama teat sucking fest.

I'm also confused. Beck, Quin & Rose (don't get them, but have heard them on Hannity a few times), and Hannity are about as far from left wing/liberal as I can imagine.

NPR is almost as bad as MSNBC when it comes to slant.

I couldn't tell you specifics at this point - it's been weeks. Granted I've only happened upon 104.7 once or twice when they weren't on commercial break, and I may have gotten the wrong impression.

As for NPR... you have to listen to them for more then 5 minutes - sometimes they don't get the other views in until the next news segment which can be anywhere from 15-60 minutes away.

Granted, in general, they do lean left, but their actual news reporting seems more balanced then the commercial stations I've listened to in the past.

Yeah, 104.7 is about as far right as it gets - esp. quinn and rose.

I listened for a whole week to see what all my friends were yapping about "npr this and npr that"

I heard probably more pro obama, anti gun, anti conservative stuff in a week there than I had on radio anywhere in my entire life. There were stories daily on how socialistic healthcare is the way of the future and how Obama would lead the way. For every maybe 1 pro mccain story there were 8-10 pro obama stories. I don't really think it's fair to call that balanced.

Im not a republican, but I do prefer conservative values.
