    The last time I was down tere I got a 85.00 ticket for parking 6" over t he yellow curb.
    I crumbled it up and threw it in the street. A week later it was between my two doors at home.

    They probably spent 3 times that to pay a municipal employee to deliver it.

    Why not charged with shooting into occupied vehicle?

    Discharging a Firearm Into An Occupied Structure is a 3rd Degree Felony which carries a maximum of up to 7 years in jail and a fine of up to $15,000 if convicted. In addition to jail time, there are other serious consequences, which may include:

    A permanent felony record which can never be expunged under Pennsylvania law;

    The loss of one’s ability to own or purchase a firearm, or obtain a concealed carry permit;

    The loss of one’s ability to vote;

    The loss of employment, housing and/or educational opportunities;

    Same here. Article says victim was passing her very slowly. So maybe she pulled the trigger very slowly.

    That or something is inaccurate/missing in this article.
