    Default "Ghost Guns" Ban

I searched around this forum but didn't see anything. The city of Philadelphia has reached a settlement with the manufactures of 80% lowers.

Unconstitutional but that doesn't matter anymore. People will just have to buy their block of plastic elsewhere.

Its only poly80 and jsd…doesnt affect any of the other businesses selling 80% stuff, just sayin’

The real screwed up thing about this is that they agreed to not sell to “surrounding counties” for the next 4 years, and to prohibit sales at the gun shows for the next 2 years. For a pro 2a company, really looks bad on them…

I agree with this sentiment, but no one knows what they would agree to when your livelihood is threatened. I would hope to have the balls to fight to the end but I just don*t know.

IDK, I find it hard to believe that urban thugs are machining 80% receivers into functional firearms.

Of course, the whole situation is abhorrent.

I'm sure some are, just like some drive-by shootings used Fords. Banning Fords won't put a dent in drive-by shootings, either.

Weird part is, Philadelphia is barred from banning possession of such guns. So all Philly did was eliminate any chance of tracking kits to Philly addresses.

Same thugs causing the shooting deaths are using the Glock switches, which are totally banned from possession everywhere in the USA. Still seeing illiterate 16 yr old thugs waving their switched Glocks around for YouTube & TikTok.

If there's a civilization in 2124, I assume they will look back to these "crazy years" & wonder how half the country could overlook the benefits of imprisoning the bad people, instead of trying to make the entire world thug-proof. I expect in 100 years they will identify the scofflaws & lunatics and just recycle them into Soylent snacks.

Odds are, the world will be permanently enslaved under 24 hr surveillance and run by puppets of the ChiComs. So history will be told . . . differently.

The future will be hard pressed to study our era, what with the fake news and 'net garbage... if revisionism allows anything to survive.
There are two kinds of guns. Those I have acquired, and those I hope to.

They will be baffled by the graves of suicided trannies; "the headstone says "Betty Sue, but this is clearly a dude's skeleton & DNA in there."

They might also be puzzled by the records of Democrats systematically eliminating all voter security, then prosecuting anyone who questioned the elections.
