    yes often as we stated as "political and judicial extortion" as there is no recouping your legal fees in PA and you pay the taxes for them to use as funds to press the charges so you pay twice for them to extort you to their will..

    ok met up with my friend. yes more to the story. more than one gun in a tundra (no back seat per say but shotgun was in case and bolt removed... either way was found to have other items on him that cause a "throw the book at him to see what sticks" mentality. so ends my questioning and defense of this person's run in and the why's.. but still thanks for the statute lists i can review again for my own sake
