Hey all, can anyone tell me if the Franklin Institute in Philly is good to go for Concealed Carry? Thanks in advance.

Always has been. Last time there for me was about 1.5 years ago.

    Prohibited Conduct

Visitation policies at the Franklin Institute are designed to protect visitors and staff as well as secure and preserve the collections, facilities, and historic buildings entrusted to The Franklin Institute's care.

While on The Franklin Institute premises, NO VISITOR SHALL:

Carry a firearm, knife, explosive, or other dangerous or deadly weapon, either openly or concealed, on the premises. The prohibition on firearms applies to all visitors, including those with firearm permits, but not to on duty law enforcement personnel who are authorized to carry firearms.

That is the same boiler plate BS warnings you see everywhere. It's not unlawful to carry a firearm on their premises. What they can do is ask you to leave if you're dumb enough to open carry, or are careless about printing, and get caught. If you don't obey, you can be arrested for trespassing.

You are most likely correct, but the cost of admission for a family of four is close to $100. Plus parking.

What do you do if you get to the entrance and security spots your carry. You're right that all they can do is deny admittance while carrying. Do you then put your firearm in you vehicle, not the best idea, or just waste the cost of admission?

I just won't patronize places like that.

If someone spots your concealed carry gun then you're doing it wrong. In the case of the Franklin Institute, there are no security guards standing at entrances monitoring people. They have them, but not stationed at every entrance. I've been there multiple times with family over the past two years and not once did anyone pay any mind to me.
