On a vote of 104-97, the PA House passed the homemade firearms ban. that would make you a FELON for building your own gun, unless the receiver is serialized.

Three Republicans voted to violate your constitutional rights AGAIN: PA State Reps Joe Hogan, K.C. Tomlinson, and Martina White.

Kudos to pro-gun champion Rep. Aaron Bernstine for his leadership today in forcing a constitutionality vote.
