PSA Upper "Torture Test" - Garand Thumb Video

Just saw this thread on AR15.com forum the other day. Basically he "shot out" the barrel at 11,000 rounds. A PSA nitride 10.5 barrel. Started to keyhole heavier rounds at 11,000 round count. Still shooting 55gr fine though. To me for the money, unless for military, contract, or LEO service (and maybe even then)it seems like the PSA stuff is just fine.

Get a PSA kit and a receiver and build one. It's cheap, fun and as a bonus you have a new gun when you're finished.

Why buy a 60 rd drum mag when you can almost buy another rifle for the same price? LOL

Yes, with the prices what they are and the quality being good enough, it is hard to turn down having a few extra. I figure it is a wash, if I have to sell them off someday, I will lose nothing.
