Is it Legal to store other people's firearms in PA?

Am I the only one curious about the condo that has firearms storage restrictions?

How is that legal?

Private contract. The 2A protects you from government infringements, not private.

It has been reported before. Some renters prevailed, IIRC. I think if it is in the rental instrument with agreement indicated by signature, it can stand.

Oh they change their mind all the time and don't give you anything in writing, but this situation should be clear cut once the details are known. I'm sure it is a fairly common situation to have an FFL closing and the responsible person being somewhat incapacitated due to health issues.

Thanks for everyone's input on this question about storing firearms.
It turns out the husband does not have an FFL so this has made things alot easier. There were no NFA or illegally modified items thankfully. All long guns.
