Probably going to miss this one. I need to de-winterize and rewire our horse trailer for next weekend. I suspect that will take all my free time.

I went this morning, pretty much the standard Oaks show. I finally broke down and bought a box of 1000 large rifle primers for $120. I guess they'll eventually come down below $100 when people stop hoarding them, but I couldn't wait for that. This has been going on now for 4+ years with no end in sight.

I also went this morning. Always a fun way to spend a couple of hours. I took a couple of people who are new to shooting. They were mainly looking for a range bag and extra magazines. The one guy is also trying to figure out what type of holster he wants.

Not many things I saw that said *buy me*. I did see cases of 9mm at one place for $200. It was a Turkish ammo I never heard of so I moved on.

I didn't get to go today, too much to do. Maybe tomorrow.

Went Friday. bought some ammo, a couple of bunches of wooden roses (happy wife, no strife about going to gun shows), and a large Full Sour Pickles from Peter's. I was sad to note that there was an empty table with just a picture of Goldie from Goldie's alpaca socks and a notice that he had passed away on March 27. Also touching that they would do that.

Went this morning and it was packed. My eyes may have been deceiving me, but it seems that milsurp rifle prices have inched down slightly. Very slightly. Picked up a Garand.

More importantly however was that I was asked by a family member to hit up the SEPOS orchid show in one of the side halls. Had to take pictures of certain plants to confirm what they wanted, but I got it and wound up carrying it through the gun show since I didn't want to leave it in my car with how cold and windy it was. The orchid show was neat, if you're into that stuff. It does have a much nicer smell than the gun show.
