    Default PA State Police Reading

I have a friend who's wife is suffering from dementia who lives in their area and they have been to their home several times over it. He sent out an email telling that he had to call them recently because she went missing early in the morning and the dispatcher laughed at him and told him to go find her himself and he's asking for advice on who to call about it. Aren't they the first line in search and rescue cases? What is the best way for him to solve this problem?

Not sure who to call other than 911 or sheriff's office but one helpful possibility would be purchasing some type of tracking device Airtag hooked on clothing footwear even most cellular phone have tracking capabilities.

One of our members here works out of that barracks. I forget his username but it starts with a J, IIRC, and his avatar is Barney Fife. That's a pretty shitty attitude to take on that. Every year they profile men and women (usually it's old men) on TV who have wondered off and can't be found for days.

Get a FOIA request for the 911 call tape and attach it to a formal complaint with the head of the dept

It does and a call to his State Rep might do some good too.
