    Ensuring people have no way to defend themselves will surely make them safer. Obliterating the 4th Amendment is a nice bonus as well.

    yeah this seems more like a step towards martial law rather then preventing illegals from entering a country.

    National guard guarding the national border. Seems legit.

    Conducting warrantless bag searches at the subway in NY? Not so much.

    I was there most recently on February 17th (wife refused to use subway, so we had to drive around).
