Nonresident LTCF approval near Armstrong County

Hello,
Is anyone aware of any sheriff office in/around Armstrong County that is approving Nonresident LTCF? I am LTC in my home state of MA (& also licensed in Utah) & seeking a PA LTC nonresident. I’ll be visiting family in the Kittanning/Butler/Natrona Heights areas in May/June and would like to get the process started. Thanks.

I would give the Armstrong County Sheriff's Office a call and ask they do non-resident licenses.

Surprisingly Allegany County does as well. I got mine there last year. 15 minutes in and out.
